So here it is, the last of our Christmas Competition challenges and they're biggies!  As well as our core/strength bonus points rolling on into the final few days there are 2 further challenges to choose from.

 

“The Reindeer Hill Climb” 
1/ 1 mile each on Bike/Cross Trainer/Treadmill
2/ 2 x 3 minute abdominal workouts
3/ 2 x sessions of 100/80/60/40/20 reps on resistance machines
4/ 1000m timed on rower (women 5 mins / men 4.30 mins)
5/ 30 x BOSU sit downs 
6/ 200 x Core Reps
7/ 50 x Inner thighs workout on Sliders

 

Complete ALL 7 challenges above to receive 50,000 points / this can be repeated as often as wished for 50,000 points per set.

 

OR

 

“Santa’s Final Push” 
1/ 3km run on treadmill
2/ 1000m timed row (women 4.30 mins / men 4 mins)
3/ 100 FULL press ups 
4/ 5 x 3 minute abdominal workouts
5/ 30 BOSU sit downs with a decline sit up on the BOSU
6/ TRX 1 minute abdominal crunch (feet in stirrups)
7/ 3 x 40 mtrs Slider front crawls
8/ 10 x BOSU jumps, consecutive from a distance of 80cm 
9/ TRX static hold with feet on wall-plate women 1 min/men 1.30 min
10/ 20 x Foam Curl balance leg extentions

 

Complete ALL 10 challenges above to receive 200,000 points
Complete 7 of your choice out of the 10 options above to receive 100,000 points
