Lets start with ways to help boost your immune system. Some natural ways to do this are: drink plenty of fresh water, eat a good amount of vitamin and mineral packed foods (particularly raw veg), get garlic into your meals and try a daily dose of manuka honey.
Vitamins B, C and D are particularly effective in the coming winter months, so it's not a bad idea to look at taking these in supplement form alongside a multi-vitamin. We like Lamberts which are good quality and mid-priced.
