We read an article recently about how as lockdown continues people have admitted to eating more junk food, increasing their consumption of alcohol and quickly abandoning their enthusiastic good intentions of exercising regularly; whether at home or a going out for a jog. So it's been fantastic for us to hear from some of you about how you're continuing to get stuck in to our classes and how much you're enjoying them! We're still receiving lots of supportive and encouraging messages, as well as videos and pictures from you; and we have to say a massive well done guys! Keep it up! We know that it's not easy to always find the motivation at the moment but do keep trying to do what you can, not just for your physical health but for your mental health too. Our new computer arrived yesterday, so we were straight on it getting another video up on the site ready for you this morning. It's a pan workout, who'd have thought it eh?! It's a really fun class and again can be adapted for different fitness levels, so check it out and give it a try. And please do keep sending us your feedback and videos etc. It's lovely to
