Have a healthy Autumn

Well there's no getting away from it, Autumn is upon us. Whether you are pleased to see it or not there are a few things you can do to keep yourself healthy and ready to face the colder months that are approaching...

Lets start with ways to help boost your immune system. Some natural ways to do this are: drink plenty of fresh water, eat a good amount of vitamin and mineral packed foods (particularly raw veg), get garlic into your meals and try a daily dose of manuka honey.

Vitamins B, C and D are particularly effective in the coming winter months, so it's not a bad idea to look at taking these in supplement form alongside a multi-vitamin. We like Lamberts which are good quality and mid-priced.

Exercise is another powerful (and often overlooked) way to boost your immune system and keep strong in the colder months.
