what are our online classes?
Due to the current Covid-19 situation we have created a bespoke online classes service for our members. Our aim is that these classes will help you to stay fit and active and also help to give your mental health a boost during these very testing times.
There are classes for all fitness levels and we will be continuously adding new classes several times a week; including boot camp, yoga, strength training, injury rehabilitation, HIIT, core strength and many, many more...
We really hope that you enjoy them. We'd like to thank Loren and Vanessa for their class contributions and also to you for your continued support.
