Our ever popular Boot Camp class uses an effective combination of; strength, cardio and core techniques which aim at reducing excess body weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall coordination and balance. Every class is as challenging, fun and rewarding as the next.

This is an intermediate class for those who want to challenge themselves whilst improving their overall fitness levels.

Included in monthly membership fee.  *If you are not a member with us you may join this class at:

£10 per session

Package of x4 sessions £32 (£8 per session), to be used in 4 consecutive weeks

METABOLISM STRENGTH CLASS
Tuesday 9.15am - 9.45am (maximum of 6 people per class)

This class focuses on using strength technique to speed up metabolism.  This class is suitable for all ages and strength levels as weights and exercises will be adjusted to the individual's needs.

Included in monthly membership fee.

DYNAMIC BALL CLASS
Tuesday 6.15pm - 6.45pm (maximum of 5 people per class)

This class uses stability balls in a unique and challenging way. Focusing on core strength you will be diving onto, flipping and manipulating stability balls in a truly challenging and very fun way.

 

An advanced class for those at an existing high level of fitness to give their core a really good workout.

Included in monthly membership fee.

STRENGTH TRAINING CLASS
Tuesday 7pm - 7.45pm (maximum of 10 people per class)

If you are looking to build muscle mass and improve muscle strength and definition then this is the class for you.  Using our range of weights and dumbbells this class focuses precisely on this, teaching you technique and control.  Please note that use of heavy weights will take place in this specialised class.

YOGA 
Wednesday 9.15am - 10.15am (maximum of 11 people per class)
Saturday 9.15am - 10.15am (maximum of 11 people per class)

Vinyasa Yoga is a sequence of poses that involves synchronising the breath with a continuous flow of postures and is one of the most popular styles of yoga. The fluid movements increase flexibility, strength and stamina, as well as calm the mind and help to improve overall health.

Loren is passionate about yoga and is an experienced teacher.  Her class is aimed at beginners but she will happily adapt positions if you are at a more experienced level.  

Included in monthly membership fee.  If you are not a member with us you may join this class at £10 per session (payable in advance)*.

HIIT/FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Thursday 6.30pm - 7.15pm (maximum of 15 people per class)

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of anaerobic exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time, it also trains your body to tolerate and quickly recover from periods of high-intensity exercise. Research has shown that HIIT exercising produces significant reductions in the fat mass of the whole-body. 

PLEASE NOTE: This class is an ADVANCED class aimed at those who are at an existing high level of fitness. You must be approved before attending this class and if we feel that your current fitness levels are not suitable you will not be able to attend.
