Boot Camp has really taken off in the the world of fitness, classes vary and some people are put off from attending feeling they may be ridiculed for their fitness level (or lack of), or be upstaged by "super fit" attendees. I don't run Boot Camp that way, yes of course it needs to challenge and improve fitness levels but it also has to have an element of fun and humour. We have a great time at the boot camps I run at gaché's health club. I change the class every week to keep it fresh and challenging, but it's not about "drop and give me 20!", it's about circuits, dynamic fitness, interval training and strengthening your core and working to each individuals fitness level, so that they feel

We've launched our Christmas competition for our members. It's a great, fun way to get people motivated with their work out and definitely brings out the competitive side of some.... Oh No!
